This Privacy Policy explains how M5 ANALYTICS LLC ("M5 Analytics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit m5analytics.net (the "Site"), use our products and services, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your rights and choices. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or provide us with your information.

1) Scope
This Policy applies to information we collect online through the Site, our apps, dashboards, contact forms, chat, email/SMS communications, and integrated services (collectively, the "Services"). It does not cover information processed on behalf of our business customers as their service provider/processor; for those activities, our customer’s contract and instructions govern.
2) Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Identifiers: name, alias, username, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address, device identifiers.

  • Professional/Account Information: company name, role, account credentials, user profile details, subscription tier, billing contact.

  • Internet/Network Activity: pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, session duration, crash logs, diagnostic data, and similar usage analytics.

  • User Content & Communications: form submissions, survey responses, support requests, chat transcripts.

  • Inferences: preferences or service insights derived from other categories.

  • Sensitive Data: we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation, health, biometric, or children’s data) unless you voluntarily provide it and it’s necessary for the Services.

3) Sources of Information

  • Directly from you when you create an account, request a demo, subscribe to communications, or contact support.

  • Automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies when you use the Services.

  • From third parties such as payment processors, analytics providers, marketing/advertising partners, single sign-on providers, data enrichment services, and publicly available sources.

12) GDPR/UK Disclosures
Controller. For the Site, M5 ANALYTICS LLC is the controller of personal data. For customer-administered accounts, we may act as a processor per the applicable agreement.
Legal Bases. We rely on the following legal bases to process personal data: (i) performance of a contract (to provide the Services); (ii) legitimate interests (e.g., to secure, improve, and market our Services and to prevent fraud), balanced against your rights; (iii) consent (e.g., for certain cookies/marketing where required); and (iv) legal obligations.
Your GDPR/UK Rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
13) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or older age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
